Once Upon a time, Michelle Olomojobi…
Went to town to get herself some nice attire and was looking for something with an African fabric but unfortunately, she found none in “No Man’s Land” and that got her worried but also inspired her to sew her own apparel from African fabric and that’s how “Llulo” was born.
This pushed her to create everything she ever thought of and never got in African fabric into African fabric. This got her working and she decided to create everything from African fabric from, socks, apparels, sofa pillows, caps, overalls, coveralls, jackets, pullovers, tapestry, you name it and she got it in African fabric.
Her approach is unique and this earns her a spot on Mashable’s “11 Black-Owned Businesses That Are Changing The World” and we must agree with them, she’s indeed changing the world with her works.
